Coaching Philosophy
I believe that sports help people to adapt to any aspect of their future life as participation in sports plays a major role in the proper development of life enhancing qualities in a person such as self discipline, purposefulness and endurance.
Personal Skating Achievements
- 1989 Russian National University Competitor in Singles.
- 1986 Bronze medal at the Moscow Open Championships.
- 1985 Silver medal at the Russian National Competition “Zhiguly”
Coaching Education
- 1993 – Graduated from the Sports Academy of Moscow with a Diploma in Physical Education and Sports specializing in the coaching of figure skating. (Highest level attainable in Russia
- Earned designation of Master of Figure Skating.
- Skate Canada NCCP Level 3 certified.
- NCCP Level 4 Task #16 – Long Term Athlete Development.
Attended upgrading seminars with International Coaches
- 1993 – Attended courses in Remedial Gymnastics.
- 1996 – Attended specialized courses in the judging of figure skating given by Alexander Lakernik (ISU member).
- 2001 – Attended specialized courses in the coaching of figure skating under the guidance of Viktor Kudriavcev (Elite coach)

- 1994-1999 Coached Alex Gruber and Kfir Natan from Israel to the Junior World Championships.
- 1998 Coached the Novice Gold Medallist at the Israeli National Championships.
- 1996-1998 Coached the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medallists at the Israel National Championships in the PreJuvenile and Juvenile categories.

- Successfully worked in several countries: Russia, Israel, Denmark.
- Participated in organizing the Skate Israel Competition (1996-1999).
- Organized and choreographed several ice shows at the Odense Skating Club in Denmark.
- Taught sports in the school program at the Canada Centre in Metula, Israel.
- Prepared syllabuses for the school program at the Canada Centre which were approved by the Israel Ministry of Education.
Rates
Private lessons: $46.00 per hour
Group lessons:
- 3 skaters ($5.50/skater/15 min)
- 2 skaters ($7.50/skater/15 min)
- Test Coaching: $11.50 (15 minutes)
Competition Coaching
Practice: $11.50 (15 minutes)
Performance: Minimum fees for 2 lessons
Other expenses: Meals, travel, accommodation and other costs to be shared by competitors.
